Halal-certified Japanese food products to the world!

Halal-certified Japanese food products to the world!

1. Introduction: Bringing Japanese Delicacies to the World

At the “Japanese Food” Export EXPO held in November 2024, Japanese food manufacturers presented their proud products to the world. We too opened a stall on this grand stage and introduced our halal-certified noodles and teas to many buyers and general visitors. In this blog, we will introduce some of the products that attracted the most attention!

2. What is Halal Certification?

Halal certification is a certification that indicates that the food is safe for Muslims to eat. The food must meet strict standards from raw materials to the manufacturing process. Among the products we exhibited this time, we prepared traditional Japanese noodles such as ramen, somen, soba, and udon, as well as special teas

Somen, a typical summer dish in Japan, is also Halal compliant. Carefully selected wheat is used for its thinness and smoothness

Halal Tororo Soba, made with luxurious buckwheat flour, is recommended for health-conscious people. This time, matcha green tea kneaded soba noodles were also displayed. This product, which is not only halal but also vegan, proved popular.

3.4 Udon: Popular for its chunky texture

Halal udon noodles are attractive for their chunky texture, and can be enjoyed as nabe dishes or curry udon. They were especially popular for their uniform thickness, which makes them easy to mix with any soup.

4. Halal Certified Tea: Taste the Heart of Japan

Following the noodles, our pride and joy, Halal-certified tea, also attracted a lot of interest. We made and served matcha (powdered green tea) to those who stopped by our booth, which was well received.
